Eight Random Things

I’ve been tagged by Melissa.

The rules:
1. I have to post these rules before I give you the facts.
2. Each player starts with eight random facts/habits about themselves.

My Eight Random Things:
1. I just went to my 10 year High School reunion… yeah. It was at a one room school house in the middle of nowhere…not my high school, just the reunion. Just try and find Rheingold Schoolhouse near Fredericksburg, TX (off of Cave Creek Rd.) on Google Maps. The funny part was how dressed up some people got to go that far out in the country and see their drinking buddies from high school.

2. Asher had some bad poop juju this weekend, but his bum seems to be recovering nicely

3. I had Fried Avocado, real fries and chips at Alamo Springs Café which is making a run for my Top 5 Restaurants list…YUM!

4. I graduated from High School in 3 years… It sounds impressive, but it’s not.

5. I speak Danish fluently… anybody need to pay someone with this skill? It’s not my only skill, but it is the most random. BTW, Swedes say that Danes speak with a potato in their mouth, but I was never forced to talk with a potato in my mouth.

6. I have not had a television since I got married in 2003 and listen to all my news via podcasts.

7. I have only broken one bone in my life. It was my ankle during a freak freestyle walking accident while working at a summer camp in Kerrville, TX

8. I started out in German 4 in college. The same semester I had intro to theology and our main text was On Being Christian by Hans Küng. I read parts of it auf Deutsch with my German professor for credit. My head still hurts!
