We’ve been wanting to start a garden for a while now. Unfortunately they won’t let pregnant women use shovels and heavy machinery. Honestly, I don’t know how else it would get done. I could do it, but then I’d sweat. Just kidding. Well, we had an early Christmas with my mom at Thanksgiving and got this amazing techonological wonder that seems to grow plants out of thin air, the Aero Garden. It actually uses hydroponics. We’re about two weeks into growing our first crop of salad greens. They should be ready to harvest in another 8-10 weeks and can continue to grow and be harvested for up to 6 months. I can’t wait for our first Aero Garden salad. Pictures to come…
